Eligibility: Child must be between the ages of 3 years old and 12 years old, potty-trained and cleared for all physical activity. Please do not send your child to camp if they have a fever or other contagious illness. Guardian is responsible for communicating all allergies and medical conditions.
Deposit: Register for H-Town Elite camps online, by phone, email or in person. A $30 non-refundable deposit holds your child's reservation for camp.
Camp tuition must be paid in full prior to your child's participation in camp activities.
Discounts: Sibling discount 10%
Cancellations/Refunds: We understand that plans change! Only the deposit is non-refundable. All other charges will be refunded if camp is cancelled by the Friday before registered camp week.
If you need to cancel during the week of the camp, we can offer a credit to your account for the missed days to be used towards other enrollments at H-Town Elite.
Changes: We can make changes at no cost based on availability.
What to pack: You are welcome to pack a lunch and snacks for your child. We can feed them lunch for $8/day. Please pack a change of clothing for younger children.
